Poor Service Appointmentses & MRR

I bought a Used Vehicle (2006 Chysler PT Cruser ) from Peoria Nissan with a 5 year financing note and warrenty for all repairs. I made a appointment to bring in my car for service and I was advised by the servise advisor that the appointment was set for 9:30 am the following day and I should be without my car for a couple of hours. When I brought my vehicle in for service , I was advised the MRRP had expired (and I still have 2 years remaining on the financing) even though I am still paying for the service aggrement. I advised the service adviseor to find out the problem and costs to repair my car. 7 Hours later after wainting in their showroom, the service advisor advised me to Peoria Nissan could not find or fix the problem and to take my care over to the Chysler Dealership across the street.

Moore Chrysler Jeep service advisor advised me of the problem and had me on my way within 1 hour.

Peoria Nissan tells you, you need to buy their MMR Agreements to take care of repairs of the vehicle - The MRRP Agreements do not say or do what their supposted to do and Peoria Nissan FRAUDS people into buying a useless agreement to cover themselves. Their Worthless ..... Don't Trust or Buy AnyThing From them....

After buying a 05 Ford P/U from Peoria Nissan that continued to break down just 2 weeks after I bought it and 3 trips including 2 tows the service dept, they STILL could not or didn't want to fix the problem. I finally asked to return the vehicle that I put $1000 down payment on and to speak with manangment in sales. I figured "Hey this is a reputable dealership, they'll take care of me". Nope. I was treated like a piece of inconvienant crap by the managers (except for 1 guy, who was nice) and the finance dept. 5 DAYS LATER AFTER BICKERING AND NONSENSE they finally got me a brand new Sentra, which I frankly deserved, because it was the right thing to do on their part. The salespeople I worked with were nice and tried to be helpful. The service department were nice guys but not helpful. All in all, I was not happy with the service or the professionalism they displayed. You'd think once a customer always a customer would be the attitude for such a large dealership but for me, it was anything but that. I will not go back nor will I recommend anyone does business with these guys...the extended warranty that I bought could not be negotiated to cover all repairs, so in the beginning their attitude was "Hey you bought the truck, your stuck with it. Not exactly what you'd like to hear after buying a $20,000 vehicle. Buyer beware.
